Shipping Policy

Processing time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery times

• Netherlands: 1–3 business days
• Western EU (BE, DE, FR, LU, AT): 3–5 business days
• Northern EU (DK, SE, FI, EE, LV, LT): 4–7 business days
• Southern EU (ES, PT, IT, GR, HR, SI, MT, CY): 5–9 business days
• Eastern EU (PL, CZ, SK, HU, RO, BG): 5–10 business days

All delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or peak periods.

Shipping rates

• Netherlands: €6.95 (free on orders over €55)
• European Union: €12.95

Customs & duties All shipments within the EU are free of customs duties. D.A.C. Solutions is not responsible for any import fees or delays caused by customs authorities outside the EU.
