Right of Withdrawal & Refund Policy
14-Day Right of Withdrawal You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.
How to Start a Return or Cancellation
- If you checked out with an email address, you can start your request through your customer account: https://shopify.com/107206836549/account
- If you checked out with a phone number only, please use the returns link in your SMS order confirmation.
Returning Your Items Once you've notified us of your withdrawal, you must return the items within 14 days. Items must be unused and in their original condition.
Return Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds We will refund your full order amount, including standard outbound shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving your returned items or proof of shipment — whichever comes first. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Exemptions The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Digital goods that have been downloaded or accessed
- Perishable goods
- Personalised or custom-made items
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery
A couple of things to review before saving:
- Return shipping costs — I've written that the customer pays, which is the most common setup. Change this if you cover return shipping.
- Exemptions — remove any that don't apply to what you sell.
